I want a big dog breed that accompany me wherever I go.I am not able to decide among Great Dane,Doberman,Rottweiler and Weimaraner.I want an easy to train dog breed.I have owned a German Shepherd Dog and I'm 14.And if you know any other active medium-large breed please recommend it but the breed shoul be strong enough to defend itself from other dogs. |

Great Danes are VERY large, you might want to look into the costs to feed one, how HUGE a crate, you will need, etc. A Dane size crate might not fit in just "any" vehicle. Unfortunately they have a very short lifespan 6-7 years in the US.
You need to check your homeowner's insurance (ask your parents) if there are any breed restrictions. Surprisingly, a number of home owner policies do NOT cover you, if you have a Doberman or Rottweiler. It is unfair, but important to be aware of.
GSD are very popular, protective breed & have been popular for a long time, but you need to look out for common health problems when getting a puppy. Being a herding breed, they tend to follow you everywhere. IMO, they are the most trainable of your choices.
Weimaraners have THE highest energy of the choices mentioned. they can be smart, but not so easy to train. They can be willful & manipulative, but also very protective, very loving, want to be with you 24/7. Having owned a GSD & Weims, I find them similar in protective instincts. Being less popular they tend to have lower incidences of health problems, but hip dysplasia is common in every single breed, you've mentioned. Bloat is also a problem for several breeds including the Weimaraner & Dane. |

Those are all good breeds. But I have a better one you should look into. They are called Golden Doodles ( they are golden retreiver mixed with poodle) They are the most handsom dogs you can get. They are very smart and easy to train. They do not shed and no allergies have been dicovered of them. They are the nicest breeds you can get. And they are truly mans best friend. I have one and i am very happy with it. |

Well, I own a Great Dane and I have to say he is the most precious dog I've ever seen in my life. and I've owned A LOT of dogs throughout my life. He is very easily trained as long as you start at a young age, and he is very willing to please. He's basically just a big goof ball and snores like a freight train.
He's not aggressive to any human or other animal at all, he absolutely loves our cats lol, and he goes to daycare and plays with 30+ other dogs three days a week. I take him in car rides to the drive thru stores and everybody just loves him.
my only concern here is... why do you want a dog that can defend itself from other dogs? I pray you aren't wanting a dog to fight?!
I've never seen a great dane that actually WANTED to fight or defend themself, they are not a bully breed, they are simply a best friend. |

All of those dogs are sweet active dogs. Labradors are amazing dogs too. Go to akc.org and look up different breeds or go to the local SPCA and look for a dog that needs some rescueing. |

All of those are great. Weimaraner are GREAT dogs to have, awesome companions. You might consider a lab, another Geramn Shep. or even a coonhound. |
