Subject :What dog breeds do you have trouble pronouncing?..

For me it's the weimaraner I don't know why but it trips me up. If I don't break it up in my head first "why-ma-rah-ner" I end up mispronouncing it. |

Well weimaraner is easy for me lol. Trust me you are not the only one who can not pronounce it, thats why i just end up telling people they are weims.
Yeah i also can't pronounce the xolo or spell it.
Idk there really isn't that many breeds that i can't pronounce.
ACTUALLY stalkers its only pronounced like that in its native Germany, in the states its pronounced with a w or a v. Either way is correct. |

I also get tripped up by Weimaraner. I can finally spell it though! LOL
Xoloitzcuintle is impossible to spell & definitely impossible to say. I stick with calling them Xolo's.
I don't know how to pronounce Ibizan Hound. I've heard different ways & I don't know what is correct. Thank goodness I almost never have to say it.
I have to think hard before I say Pyrenean Sheherd and Belgian Tervuren. I pretty much stick with Pyr Shep & Terv. LOL

Phalene. I've never known which way it was to pronounce, fa len, or fay lean. Xoloitzcuintle has never been a problem for me, to spell or to pronounce, but I've always liked them so maybe it's just because I want one, that I can say it. Also the Rafeiro do Alentejo, I don't even have a guess at how to pronounce that one. |

I cannot pronounce any of these dog names some are fairly common to mispronounce others are just unique to me:
Xoloitzcuintle
Papillon
Phalene (a variety of papillon with weird ears)
Newfoundland (since it's all squished together I always say New-fund-land)
Samoyed |

The Xoloitzcuintle. Not only is it nearly impossible to spell, but it's also difficult to pronounce. |

None.
I'm relatively literate & definitely adult.
&...the W is pronounced as a ***V***. |
