I have a 3 year male weimaraner Not neutered because i plan to breed in the future) that keeps on urinating on the cat,the cats play toy,house plants, people,and he does this even outside, he will hike on the cat and on people leg, what is causing this and what can i do when he does do it to get him to stop. Please only serious responses

He asserting dominance and marking you and your guest and everything else as his. You need to assert dominance over him and your house your cat. Make him wait to eat when you give him food, allow him to only touch you when invited or only acknowledge him on your terms. That should help a little.

A: When a dog’s behavior changes suddenly and drastically, there’s often a medical reason for it. Before you try to fix the problem from a training standpoint, take the dog to the veterinarian for a thorough checkup to rule out any medical problems that may be causing the behavior. Sometimes, in home where status may have changed due to the recent addition or loss of another pet, or if yours is a less confident dog, he may begin marking to feel more confident. Yes, it is likely he's showing inappropriate dominance by marking. Neutering is your best remedy.
