Yes it is very healthy for a dog to have a small amount of bananas, say a few slices now and again. Mine also like apple slices, and melon. This is not a daily thing but they get veggies just about every day.There are a few fruits to stay away from one is grapes,, raisens..also the core of an apple all very dangerous. Best to you and yours.. |

That is okay to feed her bananas, but because she is young i wouldn't do a lot. just as a treat every once in a while. I work at a pet food store and we have a few treats with bananas and blueberries in them. Some fruit is okay.
Do make sure the puppy is eating a lot of dry food. Thats the best and most nutricious for it right now. Better for the teeth, gums and breath. Don't ever give it onions. it thins their blood and can make them anemic.
and i would stay away from any foods that contain ingredients such as Meat by-products, poultry by-products, corn. Anything with Chicken or chicken meal, or with a specific meat protein or meat meal is okay. just no by-products. Hopefully the puppy isn't on science diet or Iams?
Try good holistic foods like Chicken Soup for the puppy's soul, premium edge, professional, canidae or wellness. Plus all those foods have puppy stage and adult stage so its not a hard switch. Those are truly great foods.
Just saying, if you do switch dog foods, do it slow over a ten day process. If you switch too quick the dog will get diarrhea. Switching it slowly will allow it easier on the digestive system. If the dog does get diarrhea just give the puppy white rice by itself. that works for it.

Bananas are FINE...one of my dogs loves them too, and she'll even eat the peel.
Not harmful in the least. Most fruit and vegetables are GOOD for a dog- just avoid grapes, raisins, onions, and unripe tomatoes (and the stems of tomatoes). Ripe tomatoes are OK. |

You can feed a dog just about nything
They are not harmful to dogs
my dog eats evrything and anything i give hime except chocolate coz dats harmful and sausages cos dey make him sick |

No, shes still young, keep her on hard food. You dont want her crappin' all over the place.
Dogs shouldnt be eating fruit.

healthy man no problem only not to much. bananas help making your brown bal bla make stronger so watch out. And never give choclate |
