I need to know how to keep my 6 month old weimaraner busy while iam at work. she chews everything walls,carpet she is destroying my home. i thought she would be ok because she is here with my 7 year old weimaraner.but he must not be that entertaining.i have a crate but she goes to bathroom.and by the time i get out of work she is covered in urine and feces. |

Crate. That's all I need to say. She will stop going potty in the crate soon enough just give her time. I have a five month old puppy and an eight week old pup and lastnight I put them in a smaller crate and they didn't even potty in it. Make sure the crate isn't something she's going to be walking around in. As for having urine and feces on her give her a bath |

You need to get a crate suitable to the size of your dog. It will prevent accidents, they will feel safer and they won't get into anything around your house. We always give our dog a kong toy with treats and peanut butter inside. She entertains herself for a while trying to get the treats out and lick up all the peanut butter. By that time she's tired and falls right asleep. You could try a big bone or rawhide treat that's tough to break. Crate is priority number one and would be sort of expensive but a good investment in the long run by saving money from the destruction. Good luck! |

well our little 9 month cockier spaniel entertains his self by play with his squeaky toy that squeak about every time he plays with them and he and then he gets board and plays with his other toys for i little will and another thing he loves to bark at other dogs so we leave it on to the dog channel and he will bark for like for hours if no one stops him |

well since that breed is kinda of a hunting dog get it like feather toys and stuff since that stimultes a bird or somthing or you can get a rope so that both dogs can play tug o war |

I swear by jumbones , they really work , get a pack of large ones they will her buisy for all day . |
